Hi David,

It is good to be proactive coming into the industry, but I believe that focus should be on getting prepared for the RES examinations than on job training at this present moment. In addition, it will also be good to ask yourself which segment of the market you are looking to focus in and under what environment. Do you prefer to work alone as a solo salesperson therefore looking for 1-1 mentor who can guide you in this or do you think a team setting will be favourable for you where leveraging of the seniors experiences and listings can benefit you. On top of that, perhaps I can share more with you on how can I run this business effectively even when I have family commitments (4 children with 3 of them school going).
