Hi Melvin,

I am unsure where did you get the numbers from in terms of salespersons leaving ECG Property. For that record,I have been with ECG Property for the past 3+years happier than before I cross ranks from another agency which I was with for a year+.

Most salespersons are constantly seeking better business opportunities therefore the different platforms and systems established by different teams front the different agencies would appeal to different salespersons as their exposure are likely different from current standings. There is no doubt that some Salespersons have left ECG but there are also many experienced salesperson who have joined our ranks to leverage on the opportunities we can potentially give to our salespersons. You may wish to talk to the managers or leaders of various established teams before making a decision as the saying goes,no one plan suits all men, however, if you fail to plan, you are then planning to fail.

If you wish to bring this discussion a level upwards, a trip to a cafe for discussion over coffee would be ideal. Call me.
