Dear Guru,
I've got a situation here and hope u can give some sound advise.
I'm considering how I can help my mother and younger brother to apply for a HDB apartment directly, both being first time applicants. My mother (unemployed)is in her late 70's and my younger brother(special aid needs) is in his early 50's.
I being the eldest in the family would like to know how I can assist them in purchasing a HDB.
I do not qualify for direct purchase from HDB as I have already exercise my options twice.
