Dear Guru, I have just passed my RES, was recomended to a so call HDB expert in the market, he says he will mentor me, but i need to give 60% of my com to him. My dad will let me handle all my uncles properties to support me, and 60/40 seems high to me..any advise? Is this the market practice?
