Dear Guru, I have a question. My lease will be ending on 6th March. The landlord has verbally agreed that I can extend my lease for further two months. However, the next day, he changes his mind and not going to extend. Can I sue the landlord for breaking promise? I have all the SMS that he agreed to extend.
