Dear Guru. I am an 65 year old owner of a 4 Room HDB flat in Punngol 21. Over the years, my flat value has appreciated from 170K (when I first bought) to 500K (now). I would like to invest the appreciated value of 400K in private properties (1 to 2) such that I can stay in one with my family and rent out the others for income. As such may I ask how can I achieve my aforementioned objective. Also are there any dual-key units that have been completed or completing soon (By end of 2012)? Thank you.
