Dear experts, I am selling a 3NG HDB flat and have engaged an agent to sell it for me. Prior to getting my signature on the listing agreement, he was all gung-ho and promised that he would bring viewers to the flat. I told him that there are still tenants in the flat but he said it would be all right. Once i signed the listing agreement, he seems to have cooled off and now says we should wait till the tenants move out to show the flat. Since the tenants are about to move out, i agree the place is messy and untidy. Is it the right move to wait? What is your expert opinion?
