However, are you sure you wanna join directly under a big name? Think about it, they have hundred of agents under them, do you think available for you at all times?

In this real estate industry, it does not means joining top names will bring you success as well. This line is all depends on you yourself. Even joining a small agency, if you have the right guidance, you can be success too.

We have been in this line long enough and we know more about inside story. So is good that you explore more of other agencies rather than big names only. One of the agent mentioned is correct. They do not have the time for you. They will be more keen now in exploring other business opportunities for themselves than to coach you personally.
