I have sold my HDB and the final completion is end of oct. However i need cash urgently for some business commitment, any one know of any FI that offer loan with my sales proceeds as back up? The profit from the sales is around 250K but i would like to take up 150K for 1 month. Anyone have any idea? Of cos dun reccomend ah long to me k?:-)
