Dear All, I have recently left my 150Kp.a. job and am now seriously considering a career switch to real estate. I am aware there would be 'recruiters' here and I will like a ask a couple of questions. 1. Although I do have sales experience, I do not wish to chew more than I can handle so what should I start with (i.e. rental, HDB, commercial, private and projects). 2. I'm a firm believer of coaching and mentoring and whilst there's talk of joining that 'great' coach, I don't see mention of those names. So who are these folks? I don't need to be sold on a real estate career. I just need to make an informed decision.
