Currently the EXTENDED awning at back of my house is leaking thus caused blackout on the electricity. We intend to remove the EXTENDED awning and replaced with concrete ceiling. Get a few of contractors/builders to assist in the quotation but I was not able to get correct answer.
FOR THIS REPLACEMENT, DO i need to get PE for submission to URA for approval ???
Some builder said NO and some said Yes.. I am confused and need to have your reply.... Agents with no familiarities pls do not try to reply. thanks. I prefer to hear from a professional in the contracting field. thanks
