Currently 4 room flat, rented out 2 common room. Currently staying at my mom place so as to take care of her. Seldom go back to sleep in the master bedroom due to work commitments.
Recently my cousin having family issue, need a place to stay, so we were wondering if it’s ok for her to crash in for a couple of months (no intention to charge her rent) since we are seldom there also. (Seldom means maybe once a month go back to stay)
So how do HDB conclude owner occupied ? And if any kind soul would enlighten us with the legality in this aspect.
