Can you be a agent and not be attached to any agency?

Hi Johnny,
Not able as it is against regulation of cea. The question is why and why not to be attached.
You may like Compare different agencies, their it system, email systems, overriding systems, branding, manager commitments, group and company culture, promotion criteria, rookie subsidizes,. Etc
