can i start up my own real estate agency selling real estate in my first/second year of being a real estate agent? do i have to achieve a number of sales and work for a number of years before i can do that? Thx!

Hi,

Being a newbie in this line, I suggest you join any of the agency and learn from there the skill you need first.

Without gaining the knowledge, skill and system know-how, setting up your own agency will borne to fail.

Among the main criteria required to start your own agency as follows:

1) REA Certification
2) 3 years work experience under a licenced estate agency
3) 30 real estate transactions completed in the last 3 years prior to application
