Hi irene, you can indeed engage more than 1 agent but what kevin says its true, more agents marketing your property will infact bring down the value. Logic is very simple, with more agents marketing the same property, some agents will start to advertise lower price in order to get more buyers or tenants interested in your property hence if its just 1sole agent, he/she will hold and command your asking price for sale or rent.

Do call me if you need to know more details or procedures.
Have a nice day!!!

Afternoon Irene,

All sellers want to secure a better price on the product that they sell. But wise seller will know that too many cooks destroy the soup.
One exclusive agent can help you market wholeheartedly, knowing that seller trust him, the agent will definitely try to get a better price.

Do feel free to contact me, if you require any further enquiries.

Hi Iris,

Yes, you can.
But with too many agents marketing your unit, you may not be able to secure a higher price.
Get an exclusive agent to market your unit will be a better choice.

Please do contact me for an non-obligation discussion or you may email the details of your unit to me.

Cheers,

Dear Iris,

It is not about the quantity, it is about the quality!!

Shall we discuss on your breakeven price and then include your intended profit before putting into the market for sale?

If we are able to discuss further, please let me know.

Thanks.

I agree with mr Kevin Ang..when you engaged more than 1 agent, you may not get the desired price. Hence, you should engage an agent whom you feel confident and can commit to focus in marketing for you.
