Can I ask if one property agent is engaged by one of the property company say like ERA or Propnex. Can he do side lines, for example help another company to do housing transactions? Is this legal in both of eyes of laws and company? Thanks in advance

Morning Kelle,

I would say it's dependent on the contract agreement that have being signed between the company and the agent.
As for agent, as long as we don't represent both landlord and tenant at the same time, we do not bleach the law.
