Can a Singaporean man with a Malaysian wife and son and a Singaporean daughter buy a resale HDB flat even though his wife owns a 99-year leasehold property in Malaysia (where the whole family is currently living)? The daughter intends to work in Singapore and wants to know if she and her father are eligible to buy a resale HDB despite the mother's citizenship and property ownership status.
