Both seller and myself have agreed and sign the indemnity form allowing us to start renovation before completion date, however they suddenly changed their mind and wanted to wait till completion which leave us less than 2 months to complete renovation. is HDB indemnity form legally binding? is there any way we can make it a win-win situation in this scenario?
