As I am turning 35 years old next year, do I have to cross my birthdate in order to be eligible for purchase under single/divorce scheme?
Also, I have already used up HDB Loan twice, is there a possibility to purchase a BTO / Resale 3-room flat via contra/bank loan/cpf/other modes?
