Hi Mrs Geeta, Look into your existing tenancy agreement on the clause of premature termination. It should be stated within the agreement. The notice period is actually to allow landlord to start working on securing a new tenant, therefore in usual tenancy agreement, the tenant should pay whatever amount of service fees charged by the salesperson which has not been consumed (pro rated) to the landlord, but not the salesperson, since landlord has already paid for the services of the salesperson to secure your tenancy, and this premature termination is at no fault of the salesperson, therefore there should be no refund of the services fees by the salesperson back to landlord. Hope the above makes sense to you and is helpful.
