The development was fully sold. There are currently no subsale/resale units for sale, as all of the buyers will still incur SSD should they sell off their unit. The earliest sale without SSD will be in Oct 2018. Are you able to wait that long?

May I ask if you're buying for own stay, or for investment purpose? I may be able to come out with a proposal for you if you're really insistent on a unit at Seventy St Patrick's.
