Am I allow to rent out my hdb flat and buy a condo for home stay?

Hi HDB Dweller,
As long as you have completed the Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) in your HDB (5-yrs), you are allowed to buy a condo, stay in condo and get approval from HDB to rent out.
