Agent commission rate for both buying n selling for Jumbo flat

Afternoon Lee,
Under the Fair Trade Act, commission payable for service rendered is to be discussed between salesperson and the client. However the market rate is 2% for selling and 1% for buying.
Please advice on your unit's location as I have a buyer who is also hunting for jumbo unit.
