Agencies are recruiting 2-3 times a week and there are already so many agents in the industry.
My questions:
1.recruiting to earn the training fees from the newbies?
2.are there any agency that do not required any training fees?
the reason i asked this question is because i met this division director with 15 years experience .He cant even speak properly and kept asking me to sign up for the course under him.
Its really a disappointment.
