Actual handover day, my agent didn’t appear cos he claimed that since compensation had to be made, there is nothing else required him to do but the other partly agent appeared with the tenant and his two colleagues. I had paid up the deposit and compensation but why should i paid for all these if not had to expose to bleach the regulations set by HDB? Beside that if the tenant decided to terminate contract before 1 yr, all he need to do is to make a report to HDB and i still had to compensate him 1 month. Pls advise.
