About the new landed property policy.
"Relinquish Singapore PRs must sell landed property in two years"
I bought some landed property when I still was Singapore PRs, but I relinquished my Singapore PRs three years ago.
and recently,a new policy was public ,I read it on newspaper on 23 Nov 2010,
whether I must be forced to sell all my landed properties .
Is it also effect company ownership? Casuse one of property is owned by company,
and I am the company's chairman. Finally ,is it the two years count from the day of policy publiced, or it count after the owner receive an offical notice? Thank you so much~
