1) What is the percentage of new agents quitting within a year? 2) Why do they failed? 3) How to build up client base, network when we are totally new to the industry when it is highly competitive with the large number of agents around. 4) Do u recommend a newbie to work full time straightaway without any prior experience of being a part timer? I have heard of some new agents (friends) quitting because they couldn't close a single deal for as long as 6 months.
