You can apply for BTO / SBF if you are eligible to do so. You can check with HDB on that.
On completion day, a cashier's order for a portion of the sale proceeds will be issued in your name according to the proportions as set out in the court order. Typically it will be banked in within 2 working days.
You can request HDB or the law firm handling the conveyancing of the case to issue 2 separate cashier's order according to the court order. Typically you have to handover the keys of the unit during HDB completion (ie. hand over keys during legal completion to get the sale proceeds)
