But with prices of resale condominiums rising due to pent-up demand, you may feel hard-pressed to find a condo that’s well within your budget.

At the point of writing, the condo is about 15 years old. However, as an older development, units are also spacious — the biggest 3-bedroom unit is 2,680 sq ft.
Changi Airport is less than a 5-minute drive away, and nearby amenities include Changi Jewel, Changi Village, Changi City Point.

In terms of accessibility, Tampines East MRT station, Upper Changi MRT station, and Simei MRT station are all close by, and if you drive, you can reach the CBD via Tampines Expressway (TPE), Pan-Island Expressway (PIE), and East Coast Parkway (ECP).

Furthermore, you can buy a 3-bedroom for around $1.3 million, and for that price, this is one of the most affordable condos in the market, especially when compared to new launch condos these days.
While it’s not very accessible by public transport currently, the future Loyang MRT station on the Cross Island Line (CRL) is set to open in 2030 and will be right next to the condo, improving connectivity while reducing travelling times to residential and industrial areas such as Pasir Ris, Tampines, Defu, Hougang, and Teck Ghee, among others.
Additionally, Loyang Point is only a 3-minute drive, while Changi City Point, Changi Airport, and Jewel Changi Airport are less than 10 minutes by car. Aside from that, Pasir Ris Park and Changi Beach are also within a 10-minute drive, which are great spots for spending quality time with your family and friends.
