PropertyGuru 2026 Grand Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

1.1 This lucky draw ("Draw") is organised by PropertyGuru Pte. Ltd. (Company No. 200615063H), 20 Anson Road, #04-01 Singapore 079912 ("Organiser").

1.2 By participating in the Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy (https://www.propertyguru.com.sg/customer-service/privacy). Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.

2. Campaign Period

2.1 The campaign runs from 7 September 2026, 00:00 SGT to 20 September 2026, 23:59 SGT ("Campaign Period").

2.2 The Draw operates across two (2) weekly cycles, each with its own entry cut-off and winner announcement:

2.3 These Terms govern the Draw only. Separate terms and conditions apply to prizes given away by PropertyGuru’s designated influencers, as described in Clause 4.1(b).

2.4 Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility Criteria

3.1 Participation is open to individuals who, at the time of entry, satisfy and agree to all of the following:

3.2 "My Property Homeowner Status" means the individual has completed My Property onboarding on the PropertyGuru platform, is logged into their PropertyGuru account, and has self-declared as a property owner within the My Property feature. My Property Homeowner Status is a mandatory pre-condition for participation in the Draw and applies to all qualifying entry actions set out in Clause 4.1(a) and Clause 4.1(b).

3.3 Participants who win a prize in the Draw agree to participate in publicity or promotional activities related to the campaign at the Organiser’s request, including but not limited to photographs and social media posts, without additional compensation.

3.4 The following individuals are excluded and not eligible to participate in the Draw:

4. How to Enter

4.1 To qualify for the Draw, an eligible participant must complete at least one (1) of the following qualifying entry actions during the Campaign Period:

(a) Digital entry: access the My Property feature on the PropertyGuru application and check their property value by viewing their My Property home value dashboard during the Campaign Period; or

(b) Influencer entry: receive a qualifying Draw entry through official PropertyGuru influencer giveaways conducted during the Campaign Period by the following designated influencers:

The specific mechanic for each influencer giveaway will be communicated by the respective influencer via their channel. The Organiser’s Terms govern the Draw; individual giveaway mechanics are at the discretion of each influencer. Only entries received through the above designated influencers will be eligible to participate in the Draw.

4.2 Each eligible participant is entitled to a maximum of two (2) entries into the Draw Pool, allocated as follows:

(a) Base entry: one (1) entry upon completion of any qualifying action set out in Clause 4.1. Only one base entry is permitted per participant regardless of how many qualifying actions are completed.

(b) Bonus entry: one (1) additional entry upon enabling My Property notifications within the PropertyGuru application during the Campaign Period. The bonus entry will be recorded at the time the notification setting is activated and logged on the PropertyGuru platform. The My Property notification setting must remain active and enabled for the duration of the Campaign Period. Disabling notifications prior to 20 September 2026, 23:59 SGT will result in forfeiture of the bonus entry.

4.3 Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted by ineligible participants or do not meet any criteria of these Terms will be disqualified at the Organiser’s sole discretion.

5. Draw Mechanics

5.1 The Draw will be conducted in two (2) weekly cycles from a single cumulative pool of all valid, qualifying entries received during the Campaign Period ("Draw Pool"). The prize structure and draw schedule are as follows:

5.2 Following each weekly draw, confirmed winners will be removed from the Draw Pool. All remaining participants will carry forward into Week 2’s draw. Each participant may win once only throughout the Campaign Period.

5.3 The Draw will be conducted privately by the Organiser in the presence of an independent scrutineer, in compliance with the Gambling Control (Trade and Other Promotional Games and Lotteries — Class Licence) Order 2022.

5.4 The results of each weekly draw will be published on the PropertyGuru Singapore website (www.propertyguru.com.sg) by the next calendar day following the draw date and will remain published for a minimum period of two (2) months.

5.5 Draw results are final and binding. No appeal or correspondence will be entertained.

5.6 In the event that the Draw cannot be conducted on the scheduled date due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control, the Organiser reserves the right to postpone the Draw to the next available date. The Organiser will notify participants of any postponement via their website (www.propertyguru.com.sg).

6. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

6.1 Winners will be notified via the email address registered to their PropertyGuru account within three (3) business days of the relevant draw date.

6.2 Winners who do not respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days of notification will be deemed to have forfeited their prize. Winners who fail to collect their prize by 9 October 2026 will also be deemed to have forfeited their prize. The Organiser reserves the right to conduct a re-draw from the remaining eligible participants or to withhold the forfeited prize at its sole discretion.

6.3 Winners must collect their prize in person at the Organiser’s office between 22 September 2026 and 9 October 2026, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends), from 10:00am to 5:00pm SGT. Winners must acknowledge receipt of their prize by signing an acknowledgement form at the time of collection.

6.4 Details of the collection arrangement, including the office address and available collection hours, will be communicated to winners via the notification email and published on the winner announcement page at www.propertyguru.com.sg.

6.5 Prior to prize distribution, winners must provide the following for the Organiser’s inspection and satisfaction to confirm their identity and compliance with the Eligibility Criteria:

6.6 The Organiser reserves the right to request additional documentation where submitted proof is insufficient or unclear. The Organiser’s determination of eligibility at this stage is final.

7. Prizes

7.1 Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other items except at the Organiser’s sole discretion.

7.2 All prizes take the form of CapitaLand Mall eCapitaVouchers, redeemable via the CapitaStar application. Redemption of prizes is subject to CapitaLand’s terms and conditions, available at https://www.capitastar.com/sg/en/capitavoucher/terms—conditions.html.

7.3 As the eCapitaLand wallet has a maximum capacity of S$1,000, prizes exceeding S$1,000 in value will be issued as multiple eCapitaVoucher codes of S$1,000 each. Winners of prizes above S$1,000 will receive the corresponding number of voucher codes at the time of collection.

7.4 The prize voucher link issued to each winner is valid for three (3) months from 22 September 2026. Winners must load their voucher into the CapitaStar wallet by 31 December 2026. Once loaded, credits are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of loading. Voucher links not loaded by 31 December 2026 will be forfeited.

7.5 The Organiser accepts no liability for any failure, error, or unavailability of the CapitaLand or CapitaStar platform, application, or redemption system.

8. Personal Data

8.1 By participating in the Draw, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Draw, verifying eligibility, notifying and fulfilling prizes, and publishing draw results, in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy (https://www.propertyguru.com.sg/customer-service/privacy) and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore).

8.2 By participating in the Draw, participants consent to receive direct marketing information from the Organiser and its affiliates. Participants who do not wish to receive such communications may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such communication or by updating their notification preferences within the PropertyGuru application. Opting out of such direct marketing, may affect your Bonus Entry as explained at Clause 4.2(b), above.

8.3 Winners’ names will be published in full name on the PropertyGuru Singapore website (www.propertyguru.com.sg) in accordance with the draw results publication requirement under Clause 5.6. By participating, winners consent to such publication.

9. General Conditions

9.1 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms.

9.2 The Organiser reserves the right to vary, suspend, or terminate the Draw or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

9.3 The Organiser reserves the right to add, remove, or replace any designated influencer listed in Clause 4.1(b) at any time during the Campaign Period. Any such changes will be communicated via the Organiser’s website (www.propertyguru.com.sg).

9.4 The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to the Draw, including eligibility, draw results, and prize fulfilment, are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

9.5 The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to assess eligibility and prize claims on a case-by-case basis where circumstances are not expressly addressed by these Terms, including but not limited to:

The Organiser’s determination in any such case shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.

9.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
