an Ace catch for me!
We looked at quite a few cluster houses before deciding on Belgravia Ace. This is definitely one of the best cluster home in Singapore. yeah, not cheap and you are paying premium because its newer and mostly semi-D style units. At first I also wondered whether worth paying so much compared to older projects nearby. In the end what convinced us was freehold, the size and overall finishing. You get 4 levels, private lift and family-sized bedrooms plus condo facilities outside. To me this is perfect for own stay.

cluster wins condo
Moved to Belgravia Ace after many years staying in condo and the difference in space in a cluster house is really an eye opener. We have kids plus my mum staying together with us, so having multiple floors means everyone can get their own corner and not disturb each other. Bedrooms are properly sized also, not those new condo rooms where put queen bed already cannot walk. The private lift is especially useful for my mum. Kids love the pool and landscaping, while me and husband like that we dont need to maintain everything ourselves like normal landed house. Security is another plus, can just let the children roam around without worrying too much. Of course price is not cheap lah, but we wanted freehold and something can stay long term. So far really feels like can be our forever home.

peaceful Seletar neighbourhood
previously I stayed landed and was worried Belgravia Ace will feel too "condo", but actually surprisingly peaceful. The whole neighbourhood around Seletar Hills already very quiet and low density, so coming home everyday feels quite relaxing. Houses here are big and there's enough separation that you dont feel like neighbours are right on top of you. What I enjoy most is landed living without all the headache. Last time got roof leak, garden issue, exterior maintenance all settle yourself Here at least common facilities and landscaping are managed. The 50m pool is also something you obviously wont get in your own landed unless very rich haha. Only downside is location definitely more car dependent. Must drive or Grab. If you expect MRT downstairs then this is not for you.
