Bain Street
About Bain Street
Bain Street is located at the Central Area within the city centre of Singapore. The residential units are mostly in the form of Housing Development Board Apartments (HDB’s) and condominiums. The dwelling units are approximately 12,571 in number. This area is very densely populated with a population of around 60,520 and has access to several amenities hence the price is slightly on the higher range. However, the location and other facilities available by the place make it a very lucrative buy for the property buyers.
Bain Street consists of many HDB units that are a mix of both currently built as well as certain older constructions. Hence the design can be seen an eccentric mix of the decades gone by and the modern times. There are 2 blocks of HDB with 120 HDB units. This property was built in 1980. The units available consist of only 4 bedrooms layouts and are ideal for large families or to have a shared accommodation. The interiors are relatively modern and efficiently designed for utility rather than aesthetic purposes.
