  Nothing to shout about

  Been there for recee as i wanted to stay around northeast. To be frank, not too impressed. There are simply too much pool area. And near evening, it is quite noisy as the kids will be roaming freely, some shouting and screaming. What also put me off is the multi-storey carpark. C'mon, I expect a condo living and the thought of having to walk from my house to get my car is like HDB living to me.

  Best Place to live

  The place is a best place for families with the many amenities nearby. its near to the pasir ris beach. Its also near to the KPE and the west plaza mall. its noisy at times due to aircraft ,but its bearable.. many amenities, plaza, and nearby mall with 24 hours fairprice, just go straight from back door u just get the bus station, and last but not least it's big trees like in resort beaches.. love it. the ambience is just supeeerbb......

  The Best in Pasir Ris

  maybe it's noisy at the pool area, but aren't all pool commonly crowded? if ur condo in 4th place and above with good glass windows, u can't hear anything.. u can hv a goodnight sleep and peace of work at study, cause my condo comes with this good glasses when I bought it< i dunno with other units. and the surrounding was great, many amenities, plaza, and nearby mall with 24 hours fairprice, just go straight from back door u just get the bus station, and last but not least it's big trees like in resort beaches.. love it

  Noisy but nice

  Bit noisy esp with aircraft flying ard in vicinity on weekdays. The bbq area at gym tends to bit too wet during rainy days as the roof tends to leak. Also it can be crowded at times.

  Good, cosy but noisy

  The place is a comfy place for families with the many swimming pools avail. Management and security guards are very friendly and helpful. However, it can be a tad too noisy at times as its near an airbase. Its near to the downtown east and the pasir ris beach which is less crowded compared to east cost park. Its also near to the KPE and the west plaza mall.

  One of the best in Pasir Ris

  Attended a baby shower recently and was quite impressed with the layout and facilities, especially the big pool. The trees around kind of give me a resort feeling and amazingly i see a lot of young couples staying there. Simple yet spacious interior, definitely one of the best i have seen in Pasir Ris!
