Best Value for money Condo in the East
I have been looking around Pasir Ris (Coco Palm, Palette, The Esparis), Tampines (Eden, Trilliant) to source for a suitable unit however majority of them have a small kitchen, lack a store-room and have a balcony. Whitewater Unit hit all the checkboxes for me. The upkeep of the condo and its surroundings are very mint. It does not look like a 15 years project. Highly recommended best value for money condo in the East. -

WW - Hidden Treasure in Pasir Ris
Having looked around for a condo in Pasir Ris & Tampines. WW is one of the hidden treasure. Although it is about 16 years old, the condo estate itself is very well maintained as compared to other EC (one in Pasir Ris & two in Tampines). The quantum of the units is very attractive and reasonable. Looking forward to the Cross Island Line (Elias) as well as the JTC development of Pasir Ris Wafer Fab Hub -

Convenient
I've stayed in WW for 10 years before moving closer to the city. What I missed about WW is the convenience. Its got everything I need at Pasir Ris West Plaza. All the usual services are there(dentist, clinic, hair/manicure salon, option, medical hall, 3 food courts and 24hr NTUC!). The best thing is, the services they offer are value for money. Try finding 1 hr foot reflexology for <$30! Changi airport is 15 mins by taxi and close to major hub like Tampines, Simei. If there's 1 thing that makes it perfect, would be an MRT at doorstep. Oh well perhaps, perhaps, perhaps.... -

Great Place for families!
Hey, I disagree with those bad comments about Whitewater....My best friend has been staying there on the ground floor for the last 4 years. Whitewater though an old EC, the place really feels quiet and resort living. The place is well maintained compared to some condos i visited... My kids loved to visit there every Saturday! We loved the big spacious kids pool... It was never over crowded even on weekends. Besides, next to it, there are 24 hrs food court, 24 hrs NTUC and Cheers! Childcare, Kumon, Singapore Pools! Within walking distance, we visited Fish farms and the beach is so near too! Infact, I'm looking to buy a unit there myself if there's a suitable unit for me. Think some of you may think I'm probably a property agent trying to sell this place. But no lah, I'm really not. Just thought i should give that place a fair point of view. Cheers! -

pricing?
I can only say GOODLUCK if anyone is paying even 850K above for this EC. The run up in prices here have been steep and you know where it can go being an EC.One only needs to compare price vs size to Pinevale which is a privatised EC nearby to whitewater. and also the prices at the newly launched Belysa EC nearby. Oh yes, whitewater is newer, but as someone said,its still a glorified HBD. No extra space other than the boundary road and everything else on the ground is covered with the pool to the extent that people has to walk in line and not side by side. And the carpark is a multistorey.Buying this is okay at reaonable levels from an HDB upgrader point of view, but paying over 900k for to get drenched in rain walking over from car park? It's the same as HDB.Location is not that great either. -

Dangerous for kids!!
Had a look at this condo. Not much facilities except Pool. Gym and clubhouse are tiny.Multi storey carpark makes it comparable to HDBs.What really irks is that swimming pool are too big and covers the whole condo ground. Very unsafe for families with kids. Beware.Overall will term it as a glorified HDB. -

Ground Floor Unit @ Whitewater...Rare?
Hi,I have read the majority positive reviews on WW and Im heartened to know that.I have always liked Whitewater for its proximity to the Plaza, Giant and Courts etc...Also to the new United World College that makes rental yield attractive.I have been sourcing for a Ground Floor Unit @ Whitewater but it seems to be quite rare and not many been available. How many are there in WW? Only 1259sf? Price range? Mgmt office ok?Anyone who has info, please kindly enlighten.Thanks! -

One of the most value for money
Recently bought a unit at the WW after viewing so many condos around tampines and pasir ris. WW surroundings are very well kept. Also it is at the corner of a junction, not right in the middle of HDBs. A good size plaza with foodcourt, ntuc, 7-11 just right next to it. Only 6+ yrs old, this EC is still not allowed to be purchase by foreigns. 3+1 bedder is still affordable at less than 1mil, compare to those at the "Waterfront" bedok reservior at about 1.4-1.5mil, this is really a steal!! -

A tad noisy
It's a little bit noisy , heard that the air quality is not very good due to 2 wafer fab just beside, according to a contractor friend, he mentioned that top floor unit of this project has water seepage history. Other than that it convenient as west plaza is just next door. -

Perfect Place for Family
I do NOT agree to the below comment. Just making some assumptions on a day visit is not really accurate. I was staying here for 4 years and I sold my unit as my job moved to US. Now I am back to Singapore and I am renting a unit in White water for last 6 months. Now I am looking to buy a unit here, still have not got a perfect one yet. But I am sure I will not hunt anywhere else for unit. This place is so calm and there are many schools nearby.. Attractive piece is the West Plaza in the next door. Also the nearest TPE highway makes my drive easy. Pasir Ris park is nearby so it’s easy to go for jogging in the morning... I do every day. -
