the Villa Verde landed area is picture perfect serenity at the Dairy Farm area. it was recommended as my affordable (similar pricing to a 3BR condo) entry point to landed and it hasn't disapointed. apartments have plenty of space for me and my family, they are deep with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for our use. lush surroundings help and we often go to the rail corridor for a jog or cycle.

upgraded park now has dog run
just beside our Villa Verde terrace houses area is a park. they have finally upgraded it to the happiness of our little community. now there is a dog run, community space for our hangouts, allotment garden, and it's now 2 hectares big! love it so much. more lively now, as many cyclist pass by otw to pang sua pcn, and it provides a safe no car lanes for my little ones to bike around.

slightly age with congested walkways and scarce parking, often traffic tightens up here. best is not to drive during peak or have more than 1 car. anyway taking a cab is always convenient and cheap here in singapore (you compare vs other countries like japan). i think it's okay, lots of accessibiity to major expressways too. nevertheless, the houses themselves are big inside with a good floor area for our living. might need a bit of refurbishment and touching up here and there.

Affordable landed property BUT..
PROS: One of the very affordable "landed Property" in Singapore. If u can afford to buy a 2 to 3 bedroom condo u basically can afford to buy this landed home.
Cons: Ulu congested land property located in cck area. Overall the place is run down. In the evening, the place is congested with taxi, vans, trucks which are parked everywhere. Some would Neighbours "pre-booked" their parking lots by placing rubbish bin or even big umbrellas on the side of road. Cars that are parked on the main road sometimes are being scratched by angry neighbours for taking up their parking lots.
If u have a big family and on a tight budget to buy a proper one, then this is the property u should consider.
