  Nice Development

  Good location with MRT and bus stop in 100 meters. Great facilities, aesthetic appearance and nice pool. Although unit is small, it's more affordable if budget is limited.

  Good for investment

  - beside mrt - near to Changi business park - near to airport - near to amenities/ famous eating places - future development on the plot of land beside Cons: - many condos near by thus higher competition - may have noise pollution if facing mrt tracks

  Finishing

  No doubt of its location. I rather buy a resale in casa merah, optima or even east meadow. Psf too high, finishing doubtful and unit size is too small. Tough to rent out later on.

  Caution - Each Block Serve By One Lift Only !

  Hear that except one of the block equipped with 2 lift, the rest of the block has only one lift. This could be a potential issue during the lift break down or monthly maintenance.
