  Good for investment

  - beside mrt - near to Changi business park - near to airport - near to amenities/ famous eating places - future development on the plot of land beside Cons: - many condos near by thus higher competition - may have noise pollution if facing mrt tracks

  Finishing

  No doubt of its location. I rather buy a resale in casa merah, optima or even east meadow. Psf too high, finishing doubtful and unit size is too small. Tough to rent out later on.

  Caution - Each Block Serve By One Lift Only !

  Hear that except one of the block equipped with 2 lift, the rest of the block has only one lift. This could be a potential issue during the lift break down or monthly maintenance.
