I concur with the last review that Tropicana has an exclusive feel of a landed property but not the price. We considered this due to the proximity to the future Upper Changi MRT, the Singapore 4th university and also shopping areas around Expo. It is also within walking distance to existing Simei MRT and its Mall. The space is just right for our growing family and will serve as good investment as it will appeal to locals or expats working in Changi and those loving to stay in the East. This is the best property after months of viewing other condos around this area.

Beautiful big units feel of Landed home
Great location on the main upper changi road east. With the future MRT on downtown line to come up just outside at the shell petrol pump site and the fourth university opposite will make the location even more attractive. The units are big and airy....the feel is that of a landed property yet having the comfort of condominium facilities such as security, pool, gym and sauna. A great investment or for own stay !!
