Over weekend, I was invited to Trevista to attend a pool-side birthday party. Apartment looks ultra modern and nice. However, there are many units to share the common areas. Too crowded. The playground areas look limited. They should remove the basketball play area, it is too small for decent basketball game. Car parking lots are plenty. -

Great value & super convenience
congrat to those vested in tis property, plenty of upside in term of prices. This is a gem not to be miss, the location is superior to project even like sky habitat in Bishan which is selling for around 1600 to 1700$psft -

Great for Expats to Rent
Am a Taiwanese American expat from California, married with no children. Am surprised at all the negative reviews. Probably could get better value for money in terms of investment, but for expats looking to rent, this is an ideal place if you're looking for new facilities, comfortable amenities, and clean, well designed interiors. I am on an upper floor, and do not feel that the units are too crowded nor noisy at all. Peaceful place, beautiful views on the upper floors, with plenty of convenient parking and great central location. -

Condo pricing, HDB standard.
Went to view a 3 br unit last week. Surprised that such a small area can pack in so many units!? Very crowded. Surrounded by HDBs, dusty roads, petrol station. Finishing so so.... Buy re-sale flat better. -

No big deal.
Lots of units packed in a small patch of land, surounded by HDB, primary sch and gas station. I think the DBSS nearby is better value. Not recommended. -

Cons - Posh entrance is astonishing not. - Household garbage dump is located along the lift corridor instead of inside unit. - Some of interior bedroom walls are strangely wooden instead of concrete. - Bath-tub handle is shaky due to poor quality tub. - Compact and low car-park ceiling - Surrounded by old hdb flats - Kitchen is mostly dark & small, alongside with maid's room/ bomb shelter - Project seem 'sitting' on an 'arrow-pointed' toward function. Pros - Location is good - Good mixture of local & foreign residents - near amenities -

Great location with excellent amenities
I bought this unit for own stay, I love the convenience and the nice neighbourhood. Trevista is located next to Kheng Cheng School, and very near Beatty & CHIJ Secondary schools. A 5 mins drive to Guangyang Secondary School, Raffles Institution and Curtin University of Technology. Condo layout & facilities are awesome, my mom enjoys the aqua gym & reflexology path, my children practices their rock climbing skill at the rock climbing wall near to my unit. The condo is very well-maintained and completes with quality internal finishes. It is strategically located in the central of Singapore. MRT and bus-stops are at doorstep, making travelling around the island so easy and convenient. 3-4 mins walk to Braddell MRT station, other nearby MRT stations include the new circle line station, Cadecott (which is just 10 mins walk from Braddell MRT) and Toa Payoh MRT. Neighbourhood estate’s market and eateries are a stone throw away. Toa Payoh has lots of good food, Trevista is centrally located within walking distance between Lorong 1 and Lorong 4 market & food centres. -

Extremely crowded
There are far too many units in this project. During recent visit, pool area and BBQ pits were filled with many people an noisy kids. The layout of development is nice, but this is offset by crowded feeling in common areas. HDB feeling at condo pricing. -

Good location.
Bought for own use. My stack 14 unit have a side gate to exit toward Braddell MRT and Coffeeshop opposite the project. -
