  Great condo

  This is great condominium if you like low rise resort style living.its a great location with several shops and wet market just across the street.There is a underpass leading to the beach and the shopping malls are also close by.

  Overpiced and asking

  Currently listings are overpriced, most likely waiting for new property buyers or foreigners to buy at that price. For a sound investor and those who know the price when developer sold this development, it should not exceed 1100 psf for 1259 sqft...any buyer buys higher than this, good luck!!

  Nice and conveniently located

  Just bought a unit here and i must say the facilities are of good size especially the pool, pretty big for a 125 unit project and it is very convenient with a short walk of within 5 mins to amenities (supermarkets and eateries), and good schools nearby. A very well kept condo as compared to my previous home which is only about 2 years of age. The carpark entrance is big enough, and ample of parking lots to park, i never once have to find a parking lot, just enter the basement and ample of parking lots waiting for you :)

  Insanely overpriced

  Good development let down by congestion and construction of grand duchess and the upcoming st pat's residence. Expect a huge jam and loud noises for another 2 to 3 years there. Hence insanely overpriced. Even the rental. Not a good investment for now.

  small , congested

  road leading to it is small and congested. same like the development. only if you like quiet surroundings, and can get it at a good price.
