Too noisy for comfort
Location convenient to public transport-MRT, Taxis & Buses. Moved out this month after 7mths as we found the place too noisy to traffic and the morning sun too strong as there is no wall to block the morning sun though current has curtain on the glass panel..but somehow the humidity and noise still penetrate inside -

Exclusive but noisy traffic
This is a condo with better privacy compared to others at Telok Kurau and nearby CC. Having stayed in few condos, I find the residents here more polished and well kept. You rarely find many things loiter along commond corridors. The facilities are also very well maintained. Only complaint is the traffic noise (even rented the penthouse, highest flr)...if u just open the window slightly u can hear so much noise..the windows cannot open fully which is another problem that deter wind from coming inside the unit..but nobody open window here as it is very noisy and also expose to traffic pollution besides the noise.. -
