Personally i dont think this is a bad place . Maybe yes before the Hillion mall is ready. Now, I feel that it is good for those who wanted some privacy and yet the basic necessity within reach. although it maybe good to stay above mega malls but the crowd puts me off. people everywhere. here being well connected to the Hillion mall provide a quieter place and yet still have the basic supermarket downstair. carpark doesnt bother me as the ltr is just downstair and connected to CC line mrt which is the only line cut through all the rest of the mrt line which also means better connectivity if i need to go somewhere. if you need a parking (which is not free here) why stay near mrt and pay more for rental when you actually drive. Just dont understand.

Over value condo
Before rented a loft unit with balcony at the Tennery, it looked impressive with a shopping mall and mrt station.After moving in only to realize living here we got to bear with noisy traffic at least 20 hours per day and emergency vehicle siren every 1-2 hours,balcony are occupied by dust even after cleaning. Will be covered with dust for hours.Food court moved out,supermarket selling almost expired items and expensive,restaurants about $20/per head. MRT station are not directly below but situated directly opposite this condo with no tunnel walkway.Got to cross a traffic control street to reach tunnel walkway.This condo is not well maintained,security door's comm breakdown almost 3 month yet nothing is done.Light bulbs are not change for few days. Rain water flood into condo unit when heavy rain. Night time security goes tactical and hardly can see any around. And I heard this plot of land have a history of performance failure.I recommend if seeking disappointment.

Foodcourt
Heard that the foodcourt lease expiring soon and moving out; in addition the unit does not come with a car park lot; rental should factor this in cost too; otherwise too much to rent
