Great place with amazing amenities right at l
Ignore all the bad reviews from 10 years ago, Junction 10 have gone through a huge revamp and the footfall is high now. There is a lot of food variety downstairs such as FunToast, A Kitchen, Hot Hideout, Springleaf and even 24 Hrs texas chicken right at level 1. Kids enrichment classes, childcares and pediatrician is right there for young families, not to mention Sheng Shiong and Fitness First. Finally, focusing on the condo itself, The build quality of the home exceeds my expectation, with marble flooring and even marble walls for the bathroom. Common area includes olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis court and multiple dining and BBQ pods. You should check out their Entertainment room with a full suite of kitchen appliances. -

Not bad
Change a new management and they get things done quite fast. Quiet place with shops below. Would be better if food court can reopen in the future. Love the high ceiling. -

Poor Management
Management is bad. Ask why must oay season parking for condo owners. Don’t know. Said must asked Far East. -

Lived here for 6 years - good location though
It's a slightly run down condo with good facilities. One of the lifts in Tower A hasn't been fixed for 2 years due to management issues. I like the location due to nearby parks where I can walk my dogs. However the condo management constantly changes the rules about dogs and is not dog friendly at all. Not a lot of expats in the area (I am one of the few). The supermarket downstairs is very convenient, and the nearby MRT is also very convenient. However do note that several condos in Singapore are much better than this at the same price. -

Nice Loft Units
High ceiling throughout the unit gives you a spacious feeling. Mins walk to MRT & 2 malls means that convenience is right at doorstep while avoiding the crowd. Most units come with unblocked views. -

Lofty Living-Best stack facing TeckWhye;high
Quiet despite shops below.Noise from youths using canal park middle of night but not smells.Mgmt charges high deposits 4 moving & lobbies alwyz have water puddles.Few repairs.Marble & glass interiors. -

Not a bad place
Personally i dont think this is a bad place . Maybe yes before the Hillion mall is ready. Now, I feel that it is good for those who wanted some privacy and yet the basic necessity within reach. although it maybe good to stay above mega malls but the crowd puts me off. people everywhere. here being well connected to the Hillion mall provide a quieter place and yet still have the basic supermarket downstair. carpark doesnt bother me as the ltr is just downstair and connected to CC line mrt which is the only line cut through all the rest of the mrt line which also means better connectivity if i need to go somewhere. if you need a parking (which is not free here) why stay near mrt and pay more for rental when you actually drive. Just dont understand. -
