  Great location for balanced Lifestyle

  I have lived with my family of 4 in The Sail @ Marina Bay Tower 1 for over 5 years now. I've not found any better alternative in Downtown core area than this place. It has the best balance of great location, luxury amenities and convenience. Condo management is generally quite good at dealing with residents who are not respecful and disruptive to others. I appreciate the Concierge Service to receive my deliveries and make small logistics arrangements for me. Compared to other nearby luxury condos, this place stands above as a safe and secure family environment for my family..

  The sail does look cool and all but its really not that great on the inside

  Luxurious & convenient

  Only have good things to say about this Condo, really enjoy the convenience of living in Marina Bay. Lots of amenities and office space nearby and fully underground connection to transport keeps me dry during monsoon season in Singapore. The view is worth a Million dollars - incredible place to host friends during Singapore National Day and New Years Eve fireworks - we get to escape the crowds while having the absolute best view of Singapore!

  Fantastic Place to Live in

  Convenient location to malls like Suntec, Raffles City for daily essentials. Quiet peaceful oasis on the weekends with no crowds and queues. Very responsive and understanding management. Looking forward to the new multi million dollar revamp to get underway.

  Superb luxury condo

  Nearby amenities and interiors of rooms are excellent. Nearby to two MRT stations for added convenience. Area is great for people who enjoy biking

  Loving Marina Bay Tower at The Sail

  I've made The Sail the home for me and my family over the last 2years. We have chosen to rent the 3 bedroom layout in Marina Bay tower for the best bay views, generous size and privacy as a corner unit. Be sure to check the different 3 bedrooms layouts, but I found that Tower 1 was the best for us. Facilities are always well maintained and accessibility to activities, shops and work is unbeatable. Always look forward to my morning jog around the amazing bay area. Perfect environment for me and my family.

  Amazing condo to call my home

  Holiday-resort style facilities, high-end location and superb quality of life. I am a very happy resident for over 2 years here and just renewed by long-term lease. I simply love the feeling of being in the middle of the beautiful Financial Centre and Marina Bay action, while having such a calm and relaxing oasis to call my home. Iconic luxury living in Singapore at its best.

  Fantastic location with 3 MRT stations beneat

  The Iconic luxury project in Marina Bay. This is the only project with full unblocked view of Marina Bay and MBS. It has the most ansd complete facilities of all the projects in Marina Bay. The current new management has worked very hard to totally revamp and refresh the place to a whole new standard. I have stsyed there for more than 10 years and I certainly notice the drastic improvements in the recent few years.

  Generally Nice but current management CBRE is

  Been renting at The Sail for 3 years now.Generally pleasant place and wanted to buy a place but I'm glad I didn't.New facility management CBRE has been making things super inconvenient.Getting out.GL
