Good for Family stay & affordable investment
- Full condo facilities with bigger layouts
- Less than 20 minutes to CBD
- Good for families with children
- Very close to Serangoon MRT, NEX and nearby schools
- Library and Resort living facilities
- Aircon Badminton Dome
- Affordable investment with steady return (especially 1 & 2 bedrooms)
- Reasonable maintenance fees

nice but careful
typical mass market development. At 850psf, i dont think its a steal considering the location. with the current sentiments, already know people trying to dispose of it asap. But as a home, it is decent only drawback are the facilities, what are the maintenance going to be like? not a place for good rental yield.
