  aircon badminton court

  there's an aircon badminton court to control your sweating when you play haha. i think it's fantastic so we can play comfortably in hot and humid singapore. but can only book once a month as need to give other residents a chance too. the swimming pool and gym here is quite good also. if you want the tennis court, badminton, bbq pit, need to pay though. but i think it's fine cos minimal fee for maintenance.

  reading room!!!

  what a unique feature. THe Minton has a reading room/library inside the condo. I am so thrilled by just this aspect

  Hougang and Serangoon

  The Minton is walkign distance to both Hougang Mall and Serangoon nex. one is more heartland, other is bigger and busier. it's great location especially for families as there are many schools here. lots of facilities in the condo itself (mega dev), including a convenience store so you don't need to go out too far if you need something urgently. management is good and kind.

  Somehow, many condos in the Hougang area are huge developments. the Minton is one of them with 1145 units. Grand entrance with lush landscapes and vast land(by Singapore's standard).

  Big and unique condo!

  This condo is underrated. Many friends who visited never fail to comment: 'wow nice big condo with unique facilities'. Between Nex and Heartland Mall with plenty of amenities nearby too.

  Rare lovely unique condo

  Very spacious compound with unique features and many facilities such as the indoor aircon badminton court. Many friends who visited are marvelled by it and nothing but positive remarks about Minton.

  Big development with 1145 units. Fortunately, the land it sits on is proportionately large. Some unit layouts are quite interesting and efficient

  Amazing Landscape

  Condo with one of the best landscapes. It has a badminton court a condusive study/reading room. and big swimming pool! I like that it has a separate quieter swimming pool!
