Nice pool
I lived here for 2 years and would like to share the following:- Good points: 1. The pool is really nice and long compared to most other condos nearby with similar units. 2. It's quite windy here though most of my unit face the west sun which really heats up the bedrooms. 3. it's quite near to the MRT and is probably Lorong G is one of the most convenient roads in Telok Kurau area. Bad points: 1. TOO MUCH bay windows - this is such a waste of space. The master room in my room comprises of almost 30% bay windows! 2. The quality used by the developer appears inferior. Considering it's a fairly young condo, I had so many problems (alot of plumbing issues) compared to a 15 year old condo I was living in prior to this. 3. Strangely every morning, we always get bees buzzing in the corridor and any open area in the house that they can enter. Sometimes, I see dead bees on my kitchen floor (have to be careful not to step on their sting !) 4. The management contact is impossible to contact. Calls and message are almost never answered (they only seem to reply emails), even if it's an emergency. Eg, of one night when the side gate electrical point shut down and there was no way to swipe ourselves into the condo. We had to wait around the gate till another resident came home. -

Nice Pool, but condo lacks quality
We have recently moved out of one of the double story penthouse apartments. The Condo has a nice pool although the rest of the amenities remain very basic. The condo is in a very quite location and provided good private space. It is very bright in the rooms due to many windows. Although it is rather new we observed these downsides in the apartment & condo: - Very limited lighting in the Kitchen especially in the sink area, no dishwasher - Due to limited air circulation in the apartment is low. - No electric outlets in the Bathrooms - No outside electricity outlet for rooftop - No outside water hose to water the plants - The apartment had artificial grass on the rooftop terrace that gets extremely hot during the daytime and unpleasant to play on for kids - Corner Room gets extremely hot in the morning due to the sun exposure leading regularly to mold in the closets - There is no room for a maid - There is no working air condition in the elevator and the fan is only rarely turned on - The gym room is really small, very moist and smells moldy - The wind/breeze comes mainly from east (sometimes from west) direction however doesn't get into the apartments as the windows are mainly facing the south. In general the area has improved a lot over the recent years with newly established nice cafes along Changi road, Frankel Ave and East Coast Road. The Kembangan Subway station is ca. 12 Minutes walking distance away which is not too bad as long as it doesn't rain. It is also to note that for commuting to the CBD by the time the Green Line arrives in Kembangan in the morning it is already extremely packed. -

Beautiful
I have been living here for the last 4 years. It is pretty quiet condo. Excellent location close to Kembangan MRT and eateries. Nice breeze when you relax at the pool;-)) Beautiful lifestyle! I can only recommend it! -

Charming condo
I disagree with the reviews posted below. I feel these comments are misleading and completely outdated. I and my family really enjoy living here. This condo is located in a quiet residential area and has got the nicest pool around!! -

space yes but not privacy
Just moved out from a penthouse lease.Feasible length pool. Spacious but lack privacy. Can see neighbours fr both living hall and terrace area..dev can come out better ideas next time Convenient to the park but the place getting noiser each day too many new projects and construction on..can get very noisy when many kids shouting nearby..not worth the SKY HIGH price many owners asking! -

Fair Comment
Thks for the comments put up by two members of this website regarding The Medley. Firstly, I think colour is a matter of preference and orange colour goes well with a slightly lighter colour like grey. The Medley's design gives a spacious feeling at the entrance and is positioned such that it is windy and airy throughout the day. It is quite a distance away from the main road and from Hotel 81 and certainly it is a quiet and peaceful place to stay despite some condo construction works nearby. I am sure that new management is looking into improving The Medley by greening it and ensuring adequate security measures is in place. -

Spacious but lack security
This condo is new but color looks weird orange & white combination a poor match...very near to park and public transport but can get very crowded and noisy due to people and vehicles visting Hotel 81, coffee shops and mosque nearby....also too many new projects nearby Lor G Telok Gurau, and many construction workers walk and sit along the small lane at night.. not advisable for ladies to walk alone, inside unit face pool can be noisy due to units too near facing the pool...mainly rent out to expats and Asians ..the security is lacking as there is no security and CCTVs..I will not recommend this place for bliss as it is getting noisy each day due to nearby new constructions like Espira Suites, Lenox and so many cars parked illegally out the tiny Lor G lane etc.. -

Spacious condo but lack creativity
A spacious condo at Telok Kurau compared to others. The color of building is weird and poor matched- orange n white, which shows the developer lacks creativity in B&D. Unclear signboard even the agent did not know where is the barbeque pit...Overpriced project compared to others nearby.. Many construction nearby which cause the small Lor G lane to be conjested by construction workers and visitors to nearby new projects..many illegal cars park along the miserable small lane. Family with children BEWARE as I witnessed a kid almost knocked down by vehicle at the T junction of Jln Akaff and Lor G, unexpectedly a driver driving at HIGH speed and turn towards Changi Rd..Night time saw some suspicious characters nearby Hotel 81..does not look a safe place to walk in at night.. -
