Easily accessible to public transports, cycle/run to east coast park. Very breezy and bright. -

Quality Living
Have stayed here for nearly 2 years. Place is quiet&serene with the occasional kids swimming on the weekends for half an hour - which is normal. A previous post mentioned the apartmt being hot?? - on the contrary, I think it's the breeziest place I have stayed thus far!They repainted the condo last year. Well kept and the mgt did a great job sprucing up the place with nice plants n the cleaner washing the carpark and mopping the common area weekly. Boutique condos ustdably less facilities but if u really want to run or cycle, the park is just 5 minutes away. So far the best condo/area I've rented, in terms of food availability, transport and amenities. Two thumbs up! -

My Objective Review
Having stayed at the Medley for a few yrs previously, I would like to share my experiences. The place is quiet, breezy n the sound of the running waters at the pool adds to the soothing and therapeutic ambience. I did not encounter any bees nor insects of any sort :). Medley is a short stroll to nearby shops, eateries and the Telok Kurau park. It takes an average of 6-7 mins to reach the MRT by foot. The main gate spoiled only once during my stay, but the pblm was immediately rectified. Other condos, I believe, would face similar issues, esp where electronic fixtures are involved. Neighbors go about w their daily lives n everyone is accorded w privacy n courtesy (as in any other neighborhood). Overall, a great place to stay for the peace&quiet, convenience n accessibility (gd schls, PIE&ECP) -

There are better places at same prices
No security and gate sometimes don't work. Insect issue(But I think it is the area itself and due to the construction at the back). Neighbors like to complain about lots of issue (I have nothing to do with it). Most complaints I heard, is they like to complain about the noise at the pool on weekends. 1 of the person who complaint also shouted/raise voice at the other kids to stop, from a distance, but their kid also make noise, when he is swimming alone, that's strange.. Why can't neighbors be more tolerant on a Sunday afternoon? Nothing to hate about this place but really nothing to like. -

Well-maintained and breezy
The condo environment is generally well-maintained and the management has planted more plants to green the place. It is breezy and the pool is good enough for a pleasant swim. Distance to the nearest MRT station is a pleasant 10 to 15 minutes walk though unsheltered but there are trees to provide some shade. Management is always ready to rectify any issues to make the stay at Medley a pleasant one. -

Nothing fancy about it
I live at Medley years ago. Feel like a apartment rather than a condo. Neighbors are quite demanding/selfish but not unreasonable. Distance to Mrt seems near but walking to it, is not a good experience, as all is non-shelter. Gate always have problems and there is no guard, thus it can caused an issue to leave or come in. I heard from my old neighbor, recently the intercom is spoilt for more than 2 weeks and it has not been fixed till now. Intercom is the only method for deliveries or friends to come in, via remote opening of the gate. If that doesn't work, you have to go down to open it via a remote control within 20mtrs of the gate. -

Convenient and Well Maintained
The Medley is conveniently located near MRT station and eateries. It is well maintained with adequate greenery. Most of the time, one can feel the breeze and it is quiet. -

Nice pool
I lived here for 2 years and would like to share the following:- Good points: 1. The pool is really nice and long compared to most other condos nearby with similar units. 2. It's quite windy here though most of my unit face the west sun which really heats up the bedrooms. 3. it's quite near to the MRT and is probably Lorong G is one of the most convenient roads in Telok Kurau area. Bad points: 1. TOO MUCH bay windows - this is such a waste of space. The master room in my room comprises of almost 30% bay windows! 2. The quality used by the developer appears inferior. Considering it's a fairly young condo, I had so many problems (alot of plumbing issues) compared to a 15 year old condo I was living in prior to this. 3. Strangely every morning, we always get bees buzzing in the corridor and any open area in the house that they can enter. Sometimes, I see dead bees on my kitchen floor (have to be careful not to step on their sting !) 4. The management contact is impossible to contact. Calls and message are almost never answered (they only seem to reply emails), even if it's an emergency. Eg, of one night when the side gate electrical point shut down and there was no way to swipe ourselves into the condo. We had to wait around the gate till another resident came home. -

Nice Pool, but condo lacks quality
We have recently moved out of one of the double story penthouse apartments. The Condo has a nice pool although the rest of the amenities remain very basic. The condo is in a very quite location and provided good private space. It is very bright in the rooms due to many windows. Although it is rather new we observed these downsides in the apartment & condo: - Very limited lighting in the Kitchen especially in the sink area, no dishwasher - Due to limited air circulation in the apartment is low. - No electric outlets in the Bathrooms - No outside electricity outlet for rooftop - No outside water hose to water the plants - The apartment had artificial grass on the rooftop terrace that gets extremely hot during the daytime and unpleasant to play on for kids - Corner Room gets extremely hot in the morning due to the sun exposure leading regularly to mold in the closets - There is no room for a maid - There is no working air condition in the elevator and the fan is only rarely turned on - The gym room is really small, very moist and smells moldy - The wind/breeze comes mainly from east (sometimes from west) direction however doesn't get into the apartments as the windows are mainly facing the south. In general the area has improved a lot over the recent years with newly established nice cafes along Changi road, Frankel Ave and East Coast Road. The Kembangan Subway station is ca. 12 Minutes walking distance away which is not too bad as long as it doesn't rain. It is also to note that for commuting to the CBD by the time the Green Line arrives in Kembangan in the morning it is already extremely packed. -

Beautiful
I have been living here for the last 4 years. It is pretty quiet condo. Excellent location close to Kembangan MRT and eateries. Nice breeze when you relax at the pool;-)) Beautiful lifestyle! I can only recommend it! -
