  The landmark layout and super convenient location . facing greenery at Pearl hill is the plus point

  Definitely a landmark

  The Landmark will stand out on Chin Swee Road. It’s right next to the 9-acre Pearl’s Hill Park. I live on the other side of the park near Chinatown MRT and find this locale very central and yet peaceful. My current apartment is a rental unit. I can’t wait for my two-bedder at The Landmark to be ready for occupation. I like the space allocated for facilities at The Landmark. I’m going tp be using the facilities regularly as I have a very active lifestyle.

  Fits me like a glove

  With so many large concrete buildings around Singapore, when I wanted to purchase an apartment in the heart of the city, I wanted something close to large green open spaces. When The Landmark project along Chin Swee Road was launched, it just felt like the right kind of project for me. I bought a 3-bedroom unit here. The entrance from a private lift lobby opens up into a spacious living room and dining area. The full length balconies in the living area and master bedroom make the rooms look larger. Based on the design plan, my apartment should be overlooking Pearl’s Hill Park.

  Review On The LandmarkThe vantage point and views from even mid floor upwards of units here is definitely a big draw for own stay or for investment.

  Landmark Tower

  Very tall building and is looking a bit dated. But if space is your priority, you will be happy with the generous sizes and its fantastic city view. At the fringe of chinatown and business district
