  What's the selling point(s)?

  Can't pick up any, their promotional brochures really can make something out of nothing. If within minutes by car is considered near, every project in Sg is in a convenient locality. And this project is walkable to almost none. ie. MRT? Chomp Chomp? I don't know if your kid need ballot for Roysth even if it is within 1km. Can live with that if this is a FH, $1,000psf project. Wait, but this is 99yr at 1600psf+.
