  Quite and serene place that is near to the Serangoon Garden Circus. Shuttle bus is provided to bring you to Serangoon MRT and excited to get the Serangoon North MRT within walking distance soon. Great Smart Home & Smart Community made possible by Keppel Land & Wingtai Asia.

  Peaceful surroundings. Nearby town centre makes it convenient to purchase daily necessities. Oasis in neighbourhood

  Great quiet place with good facilities

  Great pool and common areas. Really like the “onsen” hot tub and gym in particular. The units have premium finishing that make use of the space well. Close to food places like chomp chomp and serangoon gardens. MRT isn’t walking distance but there’s a good shuttle bus to MRT & bus interchange. Overall quite happy with the place

  Waste of money

  Way overpriced considering it is not near any infrastructure worthy of the average lay person; no nesr to mrt, chomp chomp, etc . Reasons such as the developer buying land at high prices is valid

  Lush greenery, low density living at Serangoo

  One of the rare developments with lush greenery, unblocked views. When Cross island line CRL is ready traveling to everywhere will be even easier. Amenities, shops, eateries, gd sch, mall, mkt nearby
